The Division of Employer Reporting, Compliance and Education provides the Employer Reporting Manual for our participating employers, which includes comprehensive information about the monthly reporting process and requirements. This manual is the first source of reference in answering questions about monthly reporting.
Participating employers are entrusted with the responsibility of reporting all employees on a monthly basis to allow member accounts to be correctly credited with earning the benefits provided by law.
KPPA recognizes the time and effort used in following the guidelines and procedures set forth in this manual and appreciates our participating agencies for their commitment to meeting these standards.
