If you suspect someone of committing fraud, waste, or abuse against or within KPPA, you have the right to report. The right to report includes any member of the public, KPPA staff, or government employee.
KPPA has internal teams dedicated to investigating these reports. To report, you may send an anonymous email or leave a voicemail. To email, please complete the fields below. To call, please dial 1-855-338-3362 (toll free) or 1-502-696-8864 (local Frankfort number).
Regardless of how you report, your contact or other identifying information (such as your name, telephone number, or email address) will be anonymous unless you choose to disclose that information. If you choose to disclose contact or identifying information, KPPA cannot guarantee that you will remain absolutely anonymous.
If you do not provide your name and contact information in order to remain anonymous, there is no guarantee the contents of the message itself will not be subject to open records or a request for information made by a member identified in your message.
If you do choose to report, please know our investigations are most successful when as much information as possible is provided. Please leave sufficient details (such as relevant names of persons, names of organizations, locations, dates and times, and observations) so we may follow up with the appropriate agencies effectively.
Please do not include any sensitive information, such as your Social Security number, in any email correspondence. If your request requires that you give us confidential information, call our office at 502-696-8800 or 800-928-4646.
