Director, Member Services
Jeff Pritchett joined KPPA in 2004 where he first served KPPA and its membership as a Retirement System Counselor. In 2015 he was promoted to Retirement Program Manager in the Division of Member Services. Mr. Pritchett was promoted to Assistant Director of Member Services in 2019 and named Director for the Division of Member Services in 2026. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Kentucky.
