Ian Blaiklock is an investment professional with extensive experience in structured credit, commercial real estate debt, and fixed income portfolio management at the Kentucky Public Pensions Authority (KPPA).
Mr. Blaiklock joined KPPA after spending nearly seven years at Invesco, where he served as a Senior CMBS and Commercial Real Estate Debt Analyst within the Structured Securities group. In that role, he underwrote and supported the management of multibillion-dollar portfolios of CMBS, commercial mezzanine loans, and other real estate-related debt across institutional and retail mandates. Earlier in his career, he advised venture-backed companies and private equity firms at Venture First and focused on corporate credit analysis at the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Office of Financial Management.
Mr. Blaiklock earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Transylvania University and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Institute charterholder.
