KPPA services will be affected during our upcoming scheduled system maintenance. The KPPA Call Center, Employer Hotline and counseling office visits will not be available Monday, February 16. Self Service at https://myretirement.ky.gov/ will not be available starting 6 p.m. ET on Friday, February 13, through 8 a.m. ET Tuesday, February 17. All KPPA services will be available at 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, February 17. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tax Forms

1099Rs for tax year 2025 have been mailed. The quickest way to access your tax form is to log in to Retiree Self Service at MyRetirement.ky.gov.

Please note the amount displayed in Box 5 of the 1099-R represents funds you received that are not subject to federal tax.
