Martin Milkman was appointed to the CERS Board of Trustees by Governor Andy Beshear for a four-year term beginning July 1, 2021. He was nominated for appointment by the Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA).
Dr. Milkman is currently a Professor Emeritus at Murray State University. He had served as a faculty member at Murray State University for 31 years. His primary research interest was the economics of education. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oregon. In addition he also served as a consultant and received various grants and contracts.
